Hotel room and pool were nice but the staff was not helpful at all.

Overall experience was okay. Staff was friendly enough. Only two problems we had were that the beds were too hard and the hotel didn't have an elevator. That made it real difficult getting luggage, etc. up to the room. ...read more

If you can follow simple rules you should be fine. The pool area is very nice with a shower and restroom right in the swimming area.

The bathroom ceiling leaked, had three registered guests only two towels. No waffle bar one day and the 2 four slice toasters for the bagels, one did not work at all and one only had one element that worked. You would have to rotate your bagel to warm the other side. Use only if other establishments are full. ...read more

Hotel is in a good location with several restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and free wireless was available. However, the pool, breakfast area, and front desk were plastered with signs listing strict rules (no children may get their own drink, turn in towel immediately, dry off completely, etc.) that warned of zero tolerance for offenders - whatever that means. The breakfast area was small with just 3 tables and 2 couches which remained filled up with senior citizens enjoying their conversation while young children sat on the floor to eat! The food bar was crammed into 1 corner, meaning 1 person occupied virtually the entire line at a time. Rather than provide individual cups of cream cheese, a small container with a block of cream cheese (still in its foil wrapper) was available for bagels. Donuts were still in the Wal-Mart box. Selection was limited. The breakfast experience left me feeling like the hotel cut corners in order to save a few bucks. The back door was supposed to be locked at 11 p.m. but I entered through it around 11:30 and it was unlocked.
Overall, the hotel was fairly clean, but the zero tolerance signs gave me the feeling I was second away from being kicked out if I did something wrong. I will not stay at this hotel again. ...read more

Our overall stay was good. They were overly worried about towels. Had to turn in old towels to get new even for the pool. Pool and hot tub area was very well maintained in addition to room. Room's layout reminded me of the hotels from the past except for recliner. If you like a basic room with a hard bed, this is the place to stay. ...read more
